Ordering & Payment
Pricing on this site is net trade pricing for approved design professionals and is subject to change without notice. Quotes are good for 30 days from the date of the quote. Custom and made-to-size pieces are quoted by Swaim Studio.
A 50% deposit is required to place an order, with the balance due before shipping. Payments by credit card carry a 3% fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Fabric & Freight
COM yardage is based on 54" plain goods. Patterned fabrics, stripes and large repeats may require additional yardage.
All orders ship FOB High Point, North Carolina. Freight is paid by the customer: half is due with the deposit, and the remaining half before the order ships.
Warranty & Contact
Swaim Studio frames carry a lifetime warranty, and materials and workmanship are warranted for 10 years.
